Game Designer

Archon Games is seeking a unique individual, highly skilled in game design, level design, story writing, and more!  We are interested in individuals looking to get a jump start on their careers by working with an established team of professionals.  Candidates must be self-motivated, highly productive, very passionate about games and your work, organized, assertive, and fun to work with.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Game Design or related courses (Or ability to prove necessary skills to design great games!)
• Ability to design all aspects of a game from start to finish including game play elements, Gui, levels, story, and more!
• Proficiency with any version of Torque 2D software preferred!
• Must have a modern computer with dependable internet access
• Must have passion for your work and a strong desire to be a part of the gaming industry

 Writer

Archon Games is seeking a budding young writer looking for their "big break" in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will display emaculate use of the English language and be possessed with a gift for conveying immersive, gripping, and intelligent stories. This person must also be able to take direction in their work and meet deadlines while working with team members in a variety of disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Game Design, or related courses (Or ability to prove necessary skills to write amazing stories!)
• Strong English Reading/Writing Skills
• Proficiency with MS Word
• Must have a decent computer with dependable internet access
• Must have passion for your work and a strong desire to be a part of the gaming industry
